Overview of game

In the food delivery sim, The Eternal Cylinder, players control a herd of creatures called Trebhums and must deliver food to customers all while keeping them away from their greatest enemy: The Eternal Cylinder. This large piece of never-ending structure eats everything in its path and crushes it permanently. The player is constantly under threat by this ever-crushing wave and must keep the Trebhums well-fed so as not to be hit by it.
In this unique alien ecosystem, real-time world destruction, animal AI, exploration, and puzzle design all combine to deliver an unforgettable adventure, not unlike the story of that classic game Spore from EA Maxis. You begin at the bottom of the food chain as a small but growing Trebhum who needs to find ways to stay alive in this strange new land filled with creatures both big and small. As you survive longer and longer against the increasingly hostile competition you can mutate or otherwise evolve your Trebhums into more advanced forms by your decisions even as your surroundings continue changing dynamically around you. It’s an original action game with survival elements that evoke associations with Spore from EA Maxis
We are controlling strange creatures in this production. Known as Trebhum, they’re trying to survive in an extremely unfavorable environment. The title was developed by Chilean independent studio ACE Team (known mainly from Zeno Clash and Rock of Ages series). It was published by Good Shepherd Entertainment.

Adventures of our heroes take place in a three-dimensional environment that allows us not only to walk around but also jump over obstacles on the way. Control is carried out using buttons located on the face of your controller. Trebhums are Trebumanese creatures. The name ‘Treb’ is derived from the former kingdom of Treb, which was located in the middle-eastern part of Tencalia. After the destruction of their homeland in the course of a war, they left for other parts in search of shelter.
Nowadays one can find them pretty much everywhere in Tencalia, although local folklore says that they were never seen in the western part of the country. Claiming to be descendants of demigods who were chased away by less friendly gods when creating this world, Trebs are very attached to their families – every mother holds up to 4 children which are brought up in gregarious clusters with many mothers usually living together with one male(s).
Some trebhuims are shaped like elephants, snakes, dolphins, armadillos, and other types of exotic animals. And to control these creatures you will have to use the help of several tools that accompany them. For example, you can spray water out of their trunks and throw objects at their enemies. But this is not all they can do, so at times it might be needed to save your trebhuim friends from the peril which might involve collecting necessary items hidden throughout the game or having to solve puzzles to find a safe passage for your creatures to advance farther along in gameplay. While gameplay begins with only one creature available, players can gain additional trebhuims by using eggs that can be found along their journey through the game.
