This game contains single and multiplayer modes. The goal of the game is to damage as many demons as possible. Give continuous hits, blows and shots until the demon becomes staggered and begins to flash as that shows it is near to its end. Kill for glory as the glory killing always enhances your players health letting you survive for a really long time. Keep track of your health, the more your health drops the more demons comes your way and the more they are stronger. Your equipment that is your chainsaw need to be fueled in order for it to work properly and to start. So pick up gas canisters along your journey to refill your fuel portion of the chainsaw.
Roam around the map in order to search for different mod bats that can be easily picked up by you and are beneficial to upgrade the capability of your weapons. If you run out of fuel and your chainsaw stops working just use your strong hands to punch the enemies a you trot through the passages till you reach a fuel canister. There are concealed breakable walls that requires your two to three punches that will lead you to a different path. There are three hell priests that you have to kill. To reach the first one you have to pass through many stages, killing the demons spawn on your way until you reach this hell priest after killing it you will proceed onto your path of similar yet more difficult challenges till you reach the second and in a similar manner the third priest
